Tekkis selline küsimus. Olemas 2 toiteploki corsair rm650 ja rm650x. Juhtmetest ühendatud ainult toitekaabel ja I/O nupp sisse vajutatud. Toiteplokk pole käivitatud. Mõõteseade brennenstuhl em240. Ühe tarbimine 7w, teise 20w. Suhe säilib ka käivitatud arvutiga. 37W vs 48W. Olen proovinud teisi arvuti toiteplokke mõõta, tulemused 2W, 2W, 4W. HP laadija 4,5W idle. Rassbery pi 3+ 2,6W. Olen proovinud monitore, telekaid, audio tehnikat.

The directive has been realized with the regulation no. 1275/2008 of the EU commission. It says that from the 7th of January 2010 on, a PC system should not consume more than 1W during off-state or standby. From the 7th of January 2013 on, the limit will be 0,5W. In the future, only systems, which fulfil this requirement, will receive CE certification.
